Carrie Underwood, winner of American Idol Season 4, is a Sigma Sigma Sigma from the Alpha Iota chapter at Northeastern State University. She wears her letters in her “All American Girl” video.
Linda Denham, creator of the Care Bears is a Sigma Sigma Sigma from the Eta Alpha chapter at Stephens College. The Harmony bear was originally created for Sigma Sigma Sigma. The three hearts on its belly represent the three points of the triangle that represents Tri Sigma.
Sigma Sigma Sigma was the first NPC sorority to establish a chapter in Alaska and is the only organization to have two chapters in the state.
We were also the first NPC sorority to install a chapter in a foreign country. We have two international chapters in Germany.
We are the only NPC organization to establish a hearing-impaired chapter.
